Raised in Zurich, Flores (she/her) now splits her time between Amsterdam, Zurich, and Berlin. With Brazilian Singer/Songwriter Valeria Eva as a mother and a Swiss father, her music reflects a blend of rich cultural influences.Upon discovering the scene in Amsterdam in 2019, she began hosting intimate afterparties that quickly evolved into "frissons à l'aube," a label she continues to manage and grow. While she initially gravitated towards industrial and harder techno, her musical style has since evolved into what she describes as "Hardgroove House," slower-paced sound incorporating elements of House and Electro at max. 135 bpm.
Flores is dedicated to supporting local artists and labels through her most recent project, “INDISTANCE”, an Agency developed in partnership with Laurids Wagner (INDUSTRIA) to bridge the distance between newcomer artists/labels and the established "scene" by providing platforms and helping them develop showcases in cities like Berlin, Zurich, and Amsterdam. "Let the distance keep us together," encapsulates the unifying power transcending physical boundaries to create a shared sense of belonging and community, despite cultural differences.
