After our latest get together at the fantastic place that is @b_lage_nk , we are looking forward to walk down the path of change in a similar fashion. For its fifth edition, our little passion project will morph into the powerful “Queer Vinyl Club Night” – no seating on the dance floor and no chit-chat possible near the speakers this time! 🕺🩰 For one hot summer night, we go bigger, louder and longer, but – as always – the premise stays the same: strictly vinyl and only queers behind the decks!
Queer Vinyl Club Night – June 27 from 23h till late at a secret location in Neukölln. 🤫
Price sliding scale from 10 € to 15 € - If you’re in financial struggle but want to attend please reach out in DMAbout the cover
Published by the Belgian label Italoheat Music in 1989, Techno Sound served as an indicator of the impending change of direction in electronic music that would soon take over clubs worldwide. Blending New Beat and Euro House, Hypnoteck managed to capture a point in time in which Techno merely described a certain unifying style in electronic music – the distinct sound that would later develop into the dance floor dominating force that Techno is today. The EP’s straight-forward title and the quality seal “Certified New Beat” featured prominently on its cover serve as a reminder that dance music and club culture are not defined by strict rules or genre boundaries, but rather by continuously challenging them.
