Since the beginnings of electronic music in the 1980s, Thursdays have played a key role as countercultural refuges and safe spaces for queer, racialised, and dissident communities.

Never framed as “the big night,” Thursdays have always functioned as laboratories — with less commercial pressure and more freedom — where scenes and sounds emerged outside the constraints of the weekend mainstream.

It is in this spirit that, on Thursday, February 26, Others to the Front and Queer Vinyl Night arrive from Berlin to Barcelona to propose a night of dyke rage, noise, and resistance.

Others to the Front brings its commitment to self-organisation, mutual aid, and collective action through music — grounded in the belief that dancing is also a way of saying no to a system that seeks to immobilise us.

Queer Vinyl Night lands for the first time, carrying its love for vinyl and a sound palette spanning EBM, synth, italo, acid, electro, and techno, alongside a vision of the party as a queer and rebellious space.

The lineup exists fully outside the sex/gender binary. Alongside Materia Hache, Zikade, and Ilbroccolovolante, three special guests join the night:
From Philadelphia, Doll (redacted) makes their European debut, crossing oceans to meet local artists Izarolao and Maria Ram0s, bringing a raw, eclectic energy to a night that connects scenes, cities, and ways of understanding the dancefloor.

This is an invitation to prepare for a dissident, rebellious, and unruly dance. A night made unforgettable by sounds that displace in order to bring people together.
A different Thursday — because Thursdays can burn too.

See you very soon.
